Job Description

About role: The candidate should be able to manage and drive critical interactions with key stakeholders and arrive at consensus. The stakeholders may range from Operations, Finance, Tax, Sales and Product. The candidate should be able to articulate the need of transformation, its importance and communicate it very effectively to wider audience.

The candidate should be able to put best in class agile and project management practices in place while driving transformation. The candidate should be confident enough to face and own external and internal audits and address questions and queries from stakeholders and incorporate feedback in case of any observation.

Candidate will be supporting Supply Chain team in terms of Governance, Audits, Compliances

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Supply Chain initiatives in line with business and customer needs and guiding SCM members throughout journey.
• Leading overall governance initiatives with leadership team through regular reviews and updates.
• Guide and help fellow colleagues from Supply Chain Management team to drive governance initiatives.
• Identifying, formulate and drive multiple automation and digital transformation initiatives leveraging innovative technologies
• Driving discussions with key business stakeholders independently and representing Supply Chain team and ensuring consensus

Qualification

• Should have keen interest in transformation and continuous improvements.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain disruptions and innovations would be key in driving transformation.
• Educational Background: BE/B TECH preferably from Electronic and Telecommunication domain, MBA from top institute is highly recommended.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Supply Chain Experience, particularly in International and telecom domain
