Job Family Descriptor Maintain customer accounts and ensure billing accuracy consistent revenue generation delivery of billing information to customers address billing discrepancies track and keep total receivables outstanding under control ensure consistent cash inflow into the organization
Ensure achievement of collection targets and reduce outstanding collections and debt bucket
Lead drive guide and monitor operations related to credit and settlement audit operations including annual planning regular operations dispute resolution with customer satisfaction focus
Accounts Payable Track payments expenditures process invoices expense claims reconcile processed payments
Analyze accounts monthly report generation resolve invoice discrepancies along with providing support in audit monthly closing Broad outline of the Role May be an individual contributor or may lead a team through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas within Billing Collections Sales Support HR Operations Secretary Operational role responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area Identifies problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures May provide first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles May also supervise technical and administrative staff Self sufficient capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision Work group team focus Education Graduate Experience 4 8 years
