Job Summary
The Recruiter willbe responsible for candidate pipeline development, both active and passive. Therole involves end to end recruitment including direct sourcing, initialscreening and qualifying candidates according to job specifications.
Responsibilities
- Working on closing Pharmacist roles across US.
- Req creation, Sourcing, Screening & Schedulinginterviews with the hiring managers
- Regularreporting of the positions supported
- Jobcreation & qualification calls with hiring managers
- Reporting on the Recruitmentactivities to various stake holders
- Identifypotential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, socialnetworking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS
- UpdatingATS on real-time basis
