The Recruiter willbe responsible for candidate pipeline development, both active and passive. Therole involves end to end recruitment including direct sourcing, initialscreening and qualifying candidates according to job specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Working on closing Pharmacist roles across US.
  • Req creation, Sourcing, Screening & Schedulinginterviews with the hiring managers
  • Regularreporting of the positions supported
  • Jobcreation & qualification calls with hiring managers
  • Reporting on the Recruitmentactivities to various stake holders
  • Identifypotential candidates using intricate Boolean searches, user groups, socialnetworking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS
  • UpdatingATS on real-time basis
