Venue: Plant no 12, Gate no 4. TCS Wellspring, Godrej & Boyce Industry Estate, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education ( 10 + 2 + 3 )
- Non-Technical Graduation in any stream
Skill & Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills (Written / Verbal)
- Willingness to work in 24 / 7 support including night, early morning shifts
- Comfortable to work from office
- Should have exposure to International customer base
- Need to address customer queries over live chat / messaging
The purpose of this job role is to handle chat / messaging conversations by providing end to end support on topics related to Telco (Customer service, Technical support, Sales etc).
By doing this, the individual need to maintain its KPIs / KRAs on customer experience & efficiencies
