Job Description
.Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with information technology service managers and service owners across a wide range of industries
.Experience in building and maintaining integrations across products with ServiceNow
.Experience in platform, process, and integration testing
.ServiceNow ITSM front-end application configuration knowledge
.Excellent technical knowledge of Java / Javascript
.Very good knowledge & experience in using scripting tools (PowerShell / Javascript) to meet the requirements
.Possess good knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology
.ITIL Practitioner and additional ITIL certification levels such as ITIL Expert and thorough understanding of ITIL processes
.ITIL v4 certifi ed
.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
.Good Presentations skills and actively participate in ITSM functional workshops Desired Candidate Profile
