Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

1. PR-PO: Check SAP/ Convert PR to PO
2. Shortage Management: Daily follow up with Suppliers through email/Calls/Teams Meeting
3. Shipment Tracking : Receiving shipment documents from supplier, sharing with Logistics
4. Payment: Working with supplier to provide accurate Invoice and follow up with Finance
5. Supplier Data Management: Maintaining supplier contact information, Timely submission of Invoice, required compliance documentation

Essential Attributes

1.To ensure timely issuance of POs to Vendors & co-ordination for payment

2.To Coordinate with suppliers for actual delivery status of material for shortage mitigation

3.To ensure validation of Price, SPQ, MOQ

4. Maintain Supplier’s Database

5.To control excess Inventory through PO pushout/cancellation

6. Provide accurate ETA to prepare CTB

6.To identify, recommend, and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in the execution of purchasing processes

Qualifications

• Graduate/ BE
• Certifications: SAP knowledge

Desired Experience Level

2-4 years

• 1)Knowledge of RFQ process
• 2)Compliance documents repository
• 3)Shipment Process including importance/impact of various types of Incoterms
• 4)ASN
• 5) Basic awareness of ISO/IATF
