Building the first Semiconductor Fab in India entails a complex array of challenges. This requires careful management of all key milestones in the program, along with the interdependencies, as well as effective engagement with a diverse group of stakeholders to keep project on track. The ideal candidate should possess significant experience in program management, a tolerance to ambiguity, and a proven ability to navigate complexities of large-scale projects.

Key Deliverables

Program Management:

• Own Project Timelines: Collaborate with various internal teams and project partners to achieve the defined project milestones.
• Program Manage Technology Partner and internal stakeholders to achieve 100% compliance to Technology license agreement and key milestones.
• Risk mitigation and Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any risk or challenges that can arise.
• Reporting and Facilitate Decision Making: Manage Project reviews with Senior management and facilitate Senior management in decision making with analysis and presentations.
• Crisis management: Effectively manage any crises that arise by collaborating with senior management to develop and implement appropriate response strategies.
• Project Update to Government: Work with Internal Government Affairs Team to facilitate in providing Project update to the state government.

Essential Attributes

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, with a strong grasp of contract management and financial principles.

Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment. Ability to effectively represent TEPL in various engagements with key stakeholders, serving as a credible ambassador for the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and persuasive interactions with all levels of stakeholders. Collaborative leadership style, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement among the site management team. Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate challenges and ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualification

Engineering undergraduate degree. MBA and/or PMP is a plus.
