We are looking for bright and passionate Electric Vehicle Engineers in Traction Control area.

Required Skill set:

In depth understanding of the hardware, control system and software aspects of Traction Motors used Electric vehicles.

Overall understanding of EV architecture and ecosystem. Overall understanding of Battery, Power converters and Vehicle control system of Electric Vehicles

Hands on experience in various stages of product development and deployment of Electric motor system

Experience in design & development of either Traction motor, Inverter, MCU hardware, software etc

Experience with control strategy development, modelling, simulation and tuning of control algorithms, integration and vehicle level testing of Electric Motors

Good understanding of the performance requirements and benchmarks for Electric motors and Traction system

Understanding of validation of Traction system on component and system level

Good commutation skills with ability to co-ordinate with inter disciplinary teams working across different geographic locations.
