TATA SIA Airlines Limited Hiring for Executive – Engineering Finance at Gurgaon Full Time

Job Overview

A Engineering finance executive is responsible for processing, controlling and reporting all Engineering financial transactions. This role should review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment along with vendor reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with Engineering vendors and Engineering purchases for Invoices, processing Invoices in coordination with Engineering purchases and Finance for remittance to vendors within the strict timelines
• Preparation of Custom documentation
• Creating and monitoring of Vendor master data in AMOS
• Onboarding and monitoring of New Vendors and their credit status
• Collecting data for monthly closure of inventory from Stores
• Ensure Financial liability documentation
• To provide assistance in below activities:
  • Reconciliation of Engineering Vendors
  • Reconciliation of Purchase Orders sheet with Goods Receipt Notes to determine status of Open/ Closed PO
• Co-ordination within department to get the CAPEX Forms submitted
• Tracking of credits and payments to vendors
• Maintaining tracker for CAPEX forms
• Preparation and monitoring of Engineering Financial liability report
• Tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

Skills/Attributes

• Finance & Accounting
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting Principles
• Proactive, good interpersonal, communication and administration skills

Work Experience

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Finance & accounts

Qualification

• Preferably a Commerce Graduate
