Job Overview

This role will be a part of the Corporate Planning & Finance Department, responsible for monthly financials book closure and preparation of financial as well as operating MIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Indian GAAP
• Ensuring monthly financials book closure and preparation of financial
• Reporting business and financial performance carrying out analysis of Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, cash flow etc. on a regular basis
• Ensure strict adherence of financial systems policies & processes; Projecting Cash flow, ensuring that accounting processes have the required internal controls, desired documentation and are robust enough to support information requirements for decision making
• Co-ordinate with external agencies for completing the outsourced work and review the same
• Improvement of processes and application of IT
• Work extensively on SAP, other related software implementation and its development
• Review and ledger scrutiny of accounts on fortnightly basis
• Handling Audits – statutory, internal audit and tax audits
• Strong coordination skills and ability to multitask
• Analytical work on need basis
• Attitude & ability to operate with confidence & diligence in pressuring situations
• Managing accounts payable function as a whole for timely payments to the stakeholder’s

Skills / Attributes

• Mediation & Negotiation
• Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
• Hands on experience in excel and knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Good presentation and communication skills – knowledge of MS Excel, word and power point

Work Experience

• Minimum 4-5 years of work experience

Qualification

• Qualified Chartered Accountant/ CMA
