Drive TQM, TPM, TBEM and other vehicles of Business Excellence across FAMD value chain covering Mining, Alloy making in own and Conversion processes, logistics and customers. Ensure employees engagement in improvement initiatives and Knowledge management. Facilitate all internal and external assessment to share and learn best practices in FAMD. Drive quality through Data capturing, monitoring, analysis and control. Undertake preventive and corrective actions in cases of deviations in business performance and quality KPIs.

001 Build the TQM culture in the division and engage employees in improvement initiatives

002 Drive implementation of Policy Management and Daily Management

003 Drive TPM implementation and improve OEE across FAMD value chain

004 Facilitating Knowledge Management, ASPIRE/ DMAIC/ SIP Projects

005 Drive TOC and application of CCPM in shutdowns

006 Drive Suggestion Management, SGA (Small Group Activity) and MASS+

007 Facilitate certification and Improvements through IMS (Integrated Management System)

008 Identify gaps and impart training to employees on Improvement tools

009 Analyze (data analysis) key improvement parameters and Quality KPIs

010 Facilitate TBEM deployment and assessment as per the organisation requirement

Skills

Technical Competencies

• Functional knowledge of processes in FAMD
• Experience in improvement activities and application of TQM methodologies
• Knowledge of advance excel, analytics and statistical tools.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Software, esp. Powerpoint, Word and Projects
