To carry out the production at SPM & Finishing lines, Like Skin passing of CR / HR coils, Slitting and Blanking of coils as per Plan, by following applicable safety and quality standards.

To ensure daily production at SPM & FL as per PPC plan, to achieve customer compliance on time without compromise in safety & Quality.

Achieve Zero accidents, Implementation of EOHS standards, including compliance to legal requirements.

Compliance to IATF 16949 requirements.

Zero accidents, safety Observation rounds,JCC, Contractor audits , Near Miss reporting, Incident reporting and investigation, observation closure in owns area

Implementation of EOHS standards requirements and statutory compliance.

Execute Production Plans as per PPC plan & Quality Management System Guidelines.

Implementation IATF16949 latest standard requirements with co-ordination with Quality department.

Closely work with Maintenance & SCM to do maintenance & resource/consumables planning.

Deployment of Jishu Hozen pillar activities , 5’S

Daily Management of identified items

Actively Participate in SIP/GB Projects.

Drive SGA

On job training to operators and peers, contractors.

• Basic knowledge of Cold Rolling , BAF & ECL, etc
• Hands on knowledge of above processes (Theoretical and practical)
