Overview / ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supporting the objectives of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policy and Information Security Management Policy by adhering to applicable Procedures and Work Practices while fulfilling of duties.Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety, both in design and in the office environment.Preparation of Electrical / Telecom Drawings / Models in accordance with Wood Technical Work Practises, Wood standards and Client standards, Plot Plans and latest Vendor Data.Coordinates work with other Designers.Checking of drawings/models in accordance with Wood Technical Work Practises, Wood standards and Client standards, Plot Plans and latest Vendor Data.Ensures History files are up to date with respect to the deliverables responsible for.Coordinates with other disciplines as and when required.Coordinates with other Wood affiliated offices with respect to work share.Keeps abreast of the project strategy and key drivers. Maintain project familiarisation with the project DDI (Discipline Design Instruction).Participates on Model Reviews as and when required.Report changes to the Lead Designer/Lead Engineer.Skills / QualificationsDiploma in Electrical & Electronics/Instrument Engineering or Equivalent A minimum of 12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Design Environment.Ability to check engineering design deliverables in a multi-discipline task force based engineering design environmentExperience in FEED or EPC engineering design in Project executionACAD / Microstation (must)
