- Realtime hands-on experience in MF development.
- Provide strategy on how to divide and conquer large scale analysis project which is the crux of the Mainframe piece we are looking for.
- Ability to independently work and provide value-add.
- We need people with very good analytical and articulation skills.
- Mainframe Batch and Online programming/communication strategy
- Hands on experience in CICS Screen
- Knowledge on Packages for files/DB etc
- Understanding of RDBMS and DB design principles.
- RDBMS relationships, Queries etc.
- Data Input/output strategy from Batch – MQ/SFTP etc
- Ability to analyze existing code and derive business logic from the code.
- Ability to explain various steps involved to create a new batch program based on use case provide which might include design in mainframe code as well as DB design and queries
