Salesforce Technical Architect
Job Responsibilities
As a Product Architect, you will be expected to design Salesforce based products, accelerators that can be leveraged by multiple clients based on the product roadmap that aligns with defined business strategy, market demand, competitive intelligence and most importantly the common needs of our clients.

You will interact closely with Product Managers to understand and discuss the respective business use cases with other architects and the technical development team to ensure that the solutions are designed to meet scalability, performance, security, and UI standards.

You will be expected to advise and develop or refine methods to improve and optimize technical solution processes. You will be expected to provide subject matter expertise in the evaluation, design, planning, and deployment of solutions with good quality to drive exceptional experiences.

You will devote time to research and recommend innovative and contemporary technology solutions for teams by leading R&D and POC efforts for Salesforce solutions. You should understand key technology trends and developments in the market.

Proactively analyze the Salesforce release notes and come up with the action plan to minimize the impact on the current projects.

Lastly, you will be expected to mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance to their assignments, as well as perform code reviews on a periodic basis.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience with designing and implementing Salesforce.com application development and 3+ years of AppExchange product development including Managed Packages, Patching, Extensions and Release Versioning process.
• Experience in designing the Salesforce Object Model, Security Model, SOQL as well as configurating the Salesforce Lightning Experience and good understanding of governor limit.
• Experience in Salesforce UI development using Lightning Aura or Web Components along with basic web development skills like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Salesforce application development using Apex and advanced techniques like Batch Apex, Caching, Callouts etc.
• Experience in integrating with the Salesforce platform (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Data Loader and SSO (delegated / federated), oAuth2.0
• Experience in SFDX like CLI, Scratch Org development and deployment Tools
• Experience in Continuous Integration & Deployment to ensure quality deliverables
• Experience in using Salesforce development tools like VS Code, Eclipse, Workbench etc.
• Experience in implementing Sales Cloud or Service Cloud as well as understand the Salesforce ecosystem including Einstein, Community cloud, Marketing cloud etc.
• Strong verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment with remote team members

Preferred:

• 5+ years of experience as a lead for developers.
• At least have an active Salesforce System Architect certification.
• Experience in implementing Community Cloud with Lightning Community Builder.
• Nice to have experience in Einstein analytics, Field service lightning, etc.
• Experience working in a large SI, with Global experience, including nearshore and offshore
• Multiple verified Salesforce Certificates
• Experience in creating technical documentation including Data Models, Architecture Diagrams etc.
• Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines
• Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams
• Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence
• Highly self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team-oriented individual
• Contribution to Salesforce developer community in the form of participation in forum like stack exchange and to open-source projects.
