The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy and organization, storing and handling materials safely, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
• Ensure inventory accuracy and organizational standards are met
• Inspect and receive deliveries and ensure items are stored safely and properly
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including arranging inventory, performing regular cleaning, and disposing of debris
• Prepare and package items for shipping or delivery to clients
• Monitor and report inventory levels, stock status, and supply usage
• Assist with periodic inventory counts and updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience as a warehouse specialist, warehouse worker, or similar role
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate material handling equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
