Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
Addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and courteously
Assisting customers in navigating the company’s website and ordering process
Handling customer complaints and following up with solutions
Maintaining customer records and ensuring the accuracy of customer data
Gathering customer feedback and conveying it to the appropriate departments
Adhering to company protocols and guidelines for customer service
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
