Data Entry Specialist – US Process

About the Company –

TCM Services Private Limited, is a team of young dynamic individuals who started up in 2016, our motive is to provide the best customer service to our clients globally. TCM Services currently owns three companies in the United States of America, and have their Shared Service Centre’s based out of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

About the Role & Responsibilities –

• Add/ Update client information entries in the system

• Verification of the client documentation as per compliance checklist

• Provide real time updated Data to stakeholders

• Maintaining the MIS details

• Sharing daily reports

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Minimum Qualification – HSC / Graduation

• Minimum Experience – 6 – 12 Months into Data Entry & Record Keeping.

• Having experience in similar profile – Added Advantage

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills (Written)

• Good Typing speed of close to 50 words per min and good with keyboard shortcuts

• Good Listening skill

• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)

• Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency, ability to know how to operate with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Capacity to multitask

• Good Data Management Skill

Willing to commute to Navi Mumbai, (Millennium Business Park, Mahape)

Shift time – 6pm to 4am (Monday to Saturday)

Pick up and drop available if living in and around Navi Mumbai

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
