Position: Hardware Technician
Location: West Bengal
Salary: Rs. 10,000 to 15,000 per month
Experience: 1 year
Qualification: Minimum 10th Grade
Responsibilities:
l Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on computers and laptops.
l Handle customer service inquiries related to hardware issues.
l Provide technical support to clients and ensure timely issue resolution.
l Conduct hardware sales and assist customers in choosing the right components.
l Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
l Minimum 1 year of experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair.
l Educational qualification of at least 10th grade.
l Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
l Excellent communication and customer service skills
l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
