Full Job Description
TE Connectivity’s Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE’s products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications.
What your background should look like:
- Lead & Manage Sales, Marketing & New Business Verticals Teams
- Customer Relationship Management & Key Accounts Management
- Customer Account Strategy Planning & execution
- Competitor analysis
- Design & Execute activities like Articles, Flyers, Fairs, Tech Days
- Knowhow of Automotive Industry.
- Market Analysis of New Business Verticals (T&C, EV, Data & Sensors) and Develop strategy to increase TE Content
- Know-how of Electronics & Electrical Architecture, Wiring Harness/ Connector.
- Close coordination with OEM’s Product Engineering & Operations.
- Flexible for all modes of working- Hybrid/ Work from Home
- Experience of working with Automobile OEM is preferred- Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels through all functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving, strategic and tactical thinking and analytical skills
- Understand OEM working culture , competition stand in detail and able to drive appropriate tactics for growth short and long term
