We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of digital marketing while contributing to the success of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including writing and scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling blog posts, articles, and other content for digital marketing purposes.
- Conduct keyword research and optimization for SEO to improve organic search visibility.
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and analyzing results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for new strategies and tactics.
- Support the digital marketing team in various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field (internship experience considered).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies in digital marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: xe2x82xb910,000.00 – xe2x82xb915,000.00 per month Benefits:
