Job Title: – Operations or Amazon Account Manager

CTC: 40K To 60K

Job Overview: –

Serves as a main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts
Reviews every account in the portfolio in complete detail to understand the current level of performance

Engages with brands to understand their goals and expectations from the business
Identifies and problem solves day to day issues impacting business
Monitor and communicate account performance
Identifies opportunities to improve designed Amazon product based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.

This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities: –

Ø Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers’ success.

Ø Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs.

Ø Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform.

Ø Manage all reporting about the health of customers’ accounts.

Ø Need to handle Amazon accounts.

Ø Analyze and define customers procurement needs to design how Amazon Business can solve their operational and strategic challenges.

Ø Advise customers on setting up a comprehensive procurement solution using Amazon Business to accelerate their digital transformation.

Ø Identify new product development opportunities.

Ø Collect and relay customer needs to internal Amazon teams including Product, Tech, Category management, and others to continuously innovate on behalf of customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
