Team Leader – Customer Service – International Voice at Bengaluru (Bangalore) Full Time

Qualification: Bachelor/Masters

Ideal candidate:

The professional should have minimum 1.5 years or maximum 5 years of experience in international voice process with excellent communication and has handled a team in customer service field only. The interested candidate should be willing to work in evening shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Marketing, and Logistics) to gather all necessary product information.

● Responsible for all aspects of the Process Training, QC & Analytical Reporting on time and in full.

● Own and Handle and resolve all Tier 2 Escalations.

● Responsible for team of Customer Support Executives .

● Should be proficient in managing the SLA’s on daily weekly and monthly basis, empower customer service through increased customer satisfaction and self help.

● Achieve superior business results through outstanding management of highly motivated, high performing team(s) and the growth and development of individuals

● Improve customer satisfaction through effective collaboration, very deep understanding of call centre tools, systems and processes.

● strong process orientation and knowledge.

Note:

The candidate should be currently living in Bangalore since the interview is walk-in.

We are only looking for experienced professionals in Bangalore with up to 5 years of work experience (not more than that)
