Reporting to: CEO
Location: Noida
Work: 6 days
Education: BE / B Tech with preferably an MBA
Salary: INR 8 – 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external stakeholders.
Should be able to prepare the Sales pitch and adept at making PowerPoint presentations.
Using MS Office applications particularly MS Excel to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to Addressing Routine correspondence and inquiries.
Manage MIS / information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare internal and external corporate documents.
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings, take minutes during meetings and follow up on the action items.
Maintaining files and other records; typically arranges business travel.
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem solving and adjusting plans.
May participate in the implementation of administrative standards, policies and practices for the Organization.
Managing dashboards, monthly reports and support any functional or special projects.
Providing secretarial/administrative support directly to executive, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.
Managing Client visits, Offsites, Townhalls etc. Planning, Organizing, Venue Sourcing, Resourcing, Negotiating with Vendors, event execution and Troubleshooting.
Desired Profile:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (including MS Excel and PowerPoint).
Hands on writing high level MoMs.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
