Duties & Responsibilities –

1. Monitoring CS team for obtaining maximum productivity & better utilization of human resources & ensuring charge of entire CS dept.

2. Corr. / Negotiating with Agents for Rates/Destination Charges

3. Solving Customer and Overseas issues & uncleared shpts / Claim Matters at initial stages.

4. To ensure smooth handling of shipment from origin till delivery & resolve any problem faced by export clients.

5. Pushing Ahmedabad Branch for LCL bookings and training them Legal Matters.

6. Claims and Insurance co-ordination with Customer and our insurer.

7. Resolving overseas issue.

8. Co-ordination with New Agents to fix rebates and rates.
9. To prepare tariffs for ICD branches.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹90,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month

• Marol Maroshi Road, Andheri East,, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
