Team Teknik Hiring for Manager Plant Accounts – Khopoli (FMCG) at Mumbai Full Time

For a Leading FMCG company based out of their Plant in Khopoli

· CA / ICWA with minimum 5 yrs experience into Plant Accounting,

Job Details

· Perform the day-to-day plant accounting accounts payables and ensure that all payables are booked on time and in accurate manner . Periodic reconciliation of plant creditors accounts.

· Overall accounting management. Responsible for bookkeeping, tax and other accounting activities, issue financial statements on time.

· Undertake inventory valuation on a monthly basis. Inventory verification on periodic basis and accounting for it on timely basis.

· Ensure timely closing of monthly MIS including provisioning, reconciliation of GR/IR other clearing accounts etc.

· Fixed assets accounting incl. capitalization, CWIP monitoring on regular basis and depreciation run on monthly basis. Fixed Asset schedule preparation for year end audit.

· Ensure that proper internal controls are in place at the plant

· Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services and verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.

· Financial risk management. Complete targeted audit for accounting, capital, tax and other financial risks.

· Cost management. Participate in cost forecast, plan, cost control, analysis and assessment, urge related departments of the company to reduce consumption, save costs, improve economic benefits.

· Provide insights to management on product costing and help in cost management.

· Support in terms of preparing various expense and ledger schedule for audit purpose.

· Monitor budget deviations in the cost center reports and do exception reporting to the management
Prepare the P&L for the plant

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,400,000.00 per year
