Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales, Technical Marketing, commercial and corporate functions
• Realize sales targets through systematic opportunity and acquisition management and business plan with Sales and budget targets
• Actively involved in development/implementation of market and customer strategies; manage the regional market and customer requirements in close cooperation with the global organization and promote products, services, and brand image.
• Engagement with customers, key decision-makers, and stakeholders to drive the objective to be the preferred supplier for solutions and services for the development and maintenance of embedded systems.
• Responsibility to attract and retain well-motivated talent for the organization
• Develop competency for today and future business
• Drive financial targets for sustainable growth of the Company
• In charge of Company policies and procedures to meet the Company’s Vision, Mission and Objectives also Compliance management with statutory, non-statutory and regulations.
• Leadership profile with experience working on projects in Line career path and working in International work environment.
• Work experience of 20 years, thereof at least 10 years in the automotive embedded systems industry with cross functional experience in Leadership roles handling strategic sales roles, marketing/product management, program management roles, and/or managed business unit
• Accomplish success in operations management and leading entrepreneurial business growth.
• Demonstrated understanding of business unit financial accounting/controlling, including sales planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Outstanding leadership and communication ability, including the ability to bring people with diverse interests and backgrounds together to define and solve complex problems/challenges.
• Outstanding ability to motivate others by setting and communicating a clear vision, strategy, and targets.

B.Tech/B.E, M.tech/M.E
