It operates across eleven locations in India.The Foundation has been running SMART Academies (since May 2016) with the intent of offering more advanced and longer-term courses in some specialized vocations. At present, the Foundation runs eight Tech Mahindra SMART Academies, including four SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and one SMART Academy for Logistics.The goal of setting up these Academies was twofold — create, build and nurture youth to develop skills in specific industries including healthcare, digital technologies and logistics along with uplifting the country’s youth and transforming them into world-class professionals. Ensure quality delivery of training as per our norms and schedule. Planning training sessions, designing evaluation methods. Evaluation of students and based on the outcomes, plan and impart necessary training to the students. Generating individual Student reports from the internal assessments and practical work. Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and student receive consistent knowledge. Apply and continuously develop innovative sessions techniques to make sessions more effective and interactive Meeting timelines in delivering training sessions. To conduct Boot camps/ Seminar/Webinars. Demonstrates understanding of employability skills, teaching materials, and procedure with understanding of various teaching methods. Coordinate and assist with the Placements teamDesired Skill Set: Excellent command in Designing Softwares. Thorough understanding on latest technologies and trends in the market.
