Qualification : +2 or above

Shifts : Rotational, 6 days working

Salary Package for E Commerce Process : 1.80 LPA – 2.20 LPA

Interview Mode for E Commerce Process : Virtual

Skills Required : Good spoken English and Hindi, 30 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy

Process : Voice

Assets Required for Work From Home (E Commerce Process) : Laptop/Desktop with windows 10, i3 processor or above, 4 GB RAM, WIFI, power backup.

Job Type for E Commerce Process : 6 Months Contractual Job and can be extended as per the requirement depending on performance.

Job Description :

1) Taking care of customer queries and answering within given timeline via voice channel.

2) Taking care of escalations.

3) Maintaining call quality.

4) Maintaining Data and sharing with the managers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹220,000.00 per year
