Business Analyst

JD -1

1. Experience in SF marketing cloud, specifically customer data platform (CDP) setup and integrations.

2. Mapping data fields across source systems along customer journey and integrating them back into CDP.

3. Experience in building validation rules across multile customer facing apps such as website/mobile apps, chatbot to maintain data quality at source capture.

4. Exposure to external validation tools such as e-KYC tools, single sign on mechanisms (via google)

5. Building customer 360 views based on collected data as well as feedback into source systems.

JD -2

1. Experince working on large project management platform implementation including integration of such platforms with CAD, PLM(Product Life Cycle Management), Simulation platforms.

2. Liaison between business functions and the implementation team to understand the configuration needs for new LPM platform across source systems.

3. Prepare BRD documentation detailing the individual requirements on the specific solutions needed across the functions.

4. Coordinate the needs and requirements on the demo of the solution with the solution provider for a successful PoC.

5. Align the scope of the PoC with the stakeholders within the NPD CoEs and departments towards a common understanding across the organization.

6. Support the tech architect in the interpretation of the functional requirement and translation into tech activities to be carried out.

JD -3

1. Experience in working on sales and marketing platforms such as salesfource, dealer management systems (DMS), customer engagement platforms (chatbot, app analytics, survey platforms).

2. Experience in building management control tower across personas with a top down view starting with CXOs.

3. Capability to build detailed KPI mapping into source schema for all sales and marketing source tables such as SFDC and DMS databases

4. Write BRD based on detailed source system mapping as well

5. Engage across business, functional stakeholders to obtain clarifications on mapping information, kpi formulas, frequency of source data refreshes, clarifications on missing data, organize schema definitions etc.

JD -4

1. Experience in working on S&OP and S&OE platforms including core pplanning platform with integrations into execution systems.

2. Building technical specifications based on newly defined S&OP and S&OE processes (production planning and scheduling, order promiser)

3. Creating the as-is and to-be process design documents to support configuration and integration requirements

4. Buiilding detailed data requirements to support master data feed from data lake setup

JD -5

‘1. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand analytics models, digital control tower, LLM models, AR/VR technology, real time tracking & tracing integrations required for to-be process and document them

2. Create BRD documents for custom solutions to be built as per needs mentioned above,

3. Collaborate with QA teams to create test plans, validate solutions, and ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements during proof of concept phase

4. Create change management materials to help stakeholders adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
