Technical Architect/Senior Architect/Principal Architect -Java

Experience: 12 -17 Years

Work Location: Belapur Nevi Mumbai, Work from Office

Qualification: BE/BTech /MCA Or equivalent

Primary skills: Java, Spring, Spring boot, Microservices

To assume the role of Technical Advisor and Expert for customers; for building technical solutions and delivery of multiple projects in the chosen competencies along with undertaking competency building activities. Specify the systems architecture needed to meet the present and future needs of the client’s business as a whole by identifying the ICT components and their interrelationships.

Anticipate and escalate risks and issues to delivery managers promptly, along with remedial contingencies whenever possible.

Educate, influence and guide team in preparing estimates, plans and designs. Present to the project stakeholders with justification as and when needed.

Review of estimates provided by the team members ensuring that quoted effort is in proportion to the business change.

Initiates the guidelines / checklists viz design / coding / testing and influences the team to adhere to the same.

Conduct and contribute in reviews of deliverables viz design documents, specification code, test specifications, user manuals, etc., thereby ensuring that the deliveries meet business expectations.

Build excellent rapport with client and internal delivery managers by providing proactive support and adherence to tight timelines and quality for deliveries.

Responsibility:

• Architect, Design and develop application using java components, tools and frameworks

• Perform the object-oriented analysis, design and documentation of the project

• Ensure component developed are reusable and extensible for future challenges

• Improve performance by fine tuning parameters of application, database and cache.

• Review apps overall design (Architecture and Deployment)

• Review every code that been pushed

• Ensure best practices and standard are followed

• Configure application Containerizations, Orchestrations and Configuration Managers

• Mentor the teams on technical design side

• Explore latest technology trends and provide solutions to upgrade systems

• Performance testing, Benchmarking and fine tuning

Primary Skillsets

• Minimum a Bachelor degree in Engineering or Masters of Computer Applications (MCA).

• Minimum of 12 Plus years of software development experience

• Experienced in Object Oriented Concepts, UML, GOF Patterns & Basic Java

• Experienced in developing applications using frameworks such as Spring, React/Angular, Kafka

• Experienced in developing application using database such as MySql & Oracle

• Experienced in Cache Products such as Redis, Memcache, Apache Ignite

• Experienced in source control management using SVN / GIT (Merge, Sync between branches)

• Experienced in configure Dockers & Kubernetes for applications

• Experienced in developing rest/micro services using java frameworks, gateways and tools

• Experienced in working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, configure topics/queues externally as well as programmatically

• Experienced in application performance optimization techniques

• Experienced in application design and servers (IBM Application Servers/Tomcat)

• Experienced in Linux/Unix platform

• Experienced in developing application using web security standards and frameworks

• Experience in developing web application using HTML, CSS, Javascript , Angular JS
