Job description : –
Name of Profile: Junior Sales Executive
Team: Marketing & Sales Strategy
Location: Work From Home

• Good Communication & Conversion Skills

Selection criteria : –

• There will be two rounds of the interview process.

1. Group Discussion and 2. Personal Interview.

• Candidates will be selected based on their marketing/pitching & sales conversion strategy skills.

• After clearing the second round, offer letters will be sent to the candidates via mail the next day.

• Training and onboarding will be done within a week.

Salary structure : –

• For 80 Call Conversions within a month, the base salary to be offered is INR

10,000.

• INR 150 will be added to every successfully converted call.

• Bonus of INR 500 to INR 2500 will be added to the monthly salary based on the quality score of the employee (To be explained during training Sessions).

• Quality score will depend on certain parameters that will be rewarded through auditing of the calls.
