Techizer Tech Solutions Private Limited is looking out for an Admin Executive having at-least 2 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externallyProvide office guests with a hospitable experienceSupervise the maintenance of office hygiene – areas, equipment, and facilitiesInteract with IT, phone and building personnel as neededAdept at managing administrative activities in terms of House Keeping, Food & Beverage, Stationery, Safety, Security, Dispatch, Pantry & Vendors.Ensure planning and execution of preparations for smooth operations.Prepare daily, weekly, Fortnight, monthly records & SOP`s, checklists for operations and also take same from the housekeeping staffBudgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget vis a vis varianceEnsure zero issues in office operations & maintenanceManaging repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.,Vendor management- Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment’s that are required for the facility – IT Systems, air conditioning etc.Asset Management and log maintenanceMaintain utility bills and take follow-ups and required action for the sameAssisting in Event Management, organizing meetings, conferencesUpkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees.Processes, Documentation, Business Control checks, audits etc.Co-ordinate and Co-operate with all employees.Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.Daily reporting to HR Department in respective work allocatedEducation: At-least graduate

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
