Techment Technology Hiring for Account Executive at Bhilai Full Time

An accountant performs financial functions related to the collection, accuracy, recording, analysis and presentation of a business, organization or company’s financial operations. In a smaller business, an accountant’s role may consist of primarily financial data collection, entry and report generation.
Responsibilities:

• Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
• Well versed with Tally ERP 9.
• Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Book Maintenance.
• Inward & Outward Remittances
• Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
• Organize and maintain financial records
• Examine statements to ensure accuracy
• Daily Voucher Maintenance
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Experience in filing GST is mandatory
• Should be able to handle PF/ESIC and TDS
• Should generate monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reports and track key business metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2yrs of experience is required as an accountant with the mid-sized organization.
• Bachelors of Accounts or relevant education in commerce is mandatory.
• Excellent Communication skill.
