Role Overview

We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to bring structure and scale to our suite of applications. You’ll work closely with the founder and engineering team to manage end-to-end delivery across our retailer app, driver app, order management system, route optimization, and more — all built on a shared backend and API layer.

This role is ideal for someone who blends product thinking with technical depth and thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, user flows, and technical documentation
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery and integration
• Drive product planning and release cycles for multiple interlinked apps
• Collaborate on backend and architecture decisions (frameworks, scaling, microservices)
• Work closely with the founder to align product direction with business needs
• Support hiring of future tech roles, including DevOps

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar hybrid product/tech role
• Solid understanding of frontend/backend systems, APIs, and microservices
• Experience managing multiple applications accessing a common backend
• Strong documentation, planning, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced team with minimal structure

Good to Have

• Experience in Quick Commerce, eCommerce, or logistics platforms
• Exposure to tech stack decisions at scale
• Background in engineering or close collaboration with engineering teams
