Technip France – Abu Dhabi Hiring for DCS operator at Sindri, Jharkhand Full Time

·         Responsible for process plant DCS operation during start up, normal operation, shut down and emergency conditions

·         Work with commissioning team to carry out loop checks and control valve stroke checks

·         Work with commissioning team to carry out logic checks on the ESD system

·         Handle plant emergency situations independently

·         Keep the plant operating under safe conditions at all times with the help of field operators.

·         Guide actions of the field operators as required from time to time to keep plant under healthy condition

·         Keep a continuous watch over plant operating parameters for uninterrupted and safe operation of the plant

·         Be able to handle plant emergency conditions like power failure, feedstock failure, major process upsets, instrumentation failure and take a safe shut down of the plant

·         Ability to tune process controllers will be an added advantage

·         Co‐ordinate with OSBL units in the complex to keep ISBL units operating un‐interrupted

·         Candidate should be highly safety conscious in all actions taken during plant operation

·         Communication skills are important for this role
