Our culture is at the heart of everything we do and remains vitally important to our growth strategy.Job Description: Key duties· Extensive calendar and diary management· Answering and directing telephone calls· Managing email inboxes and sending responses on behalf of the CEO· Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments· Arranging travel and booking accommodation· Providing general administrative support· Preparing memos, letters and other documents· Attending meetings, and taking minutes· Leading meetings and reporting back with actions· Summarising meetings notes and following up after meetings to progress with key actions agreed· Liaising with clients, partners, stakeholders and colleagues· Management and oversight of business projects· Involvement with recruiting, interviewing, appointing, and training staff· Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses within own remit· Arranging corporate entertainment and conference attendance· Producing project documentation e.g. timelines and reviews· Researching information e.g. for new ventures or projects· Greeting visitors· Support with procurement of new suppliersPerson Specification: Key attributes· Exceptional organisational and diary management skills· Drafting, writing and research skills· High levels of flexibility and adaptability· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal· Excellent telephone manner· Ability to prioritise across a changing and varied workload· Ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines· Problem-solving and decision-making skills· Ability to work autonomously· The ability to screen and escalate issues as appropriate· Commercial experience and insight· Ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts· Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite· Experience of working in a role where you have previously demonstrated these attributes is essential· A commitment to business innovation is essential· Degree in business-related subject would be an advantageJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid sick timeProvident FundWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayUK shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience:executive assistant: 7 years (Preferred)total work: 7 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 05/02/2022
