What are we looking for : Finance Executive

Job Description :
Must develop healthy interactions with the Client from initiation / client onboarding.

Understand the requirements and invoice process at the client’s end. Keep them aware of the best and standard practices.

Document the agreed process for clarity and reference. Update the same in internal tools

Ensure that invoices are raised by the Accounts team on time every month.

The invoices needs to be validated for accuracy.

Is responsible for required invoice supporting going out to clients.

Responsible to close all unbilled cases.

A person who is Specifically well versed with staffing & recruitment invoicing.

Keeps a track of the purchase order and follows up with the client in advance for PO extension/ adding value to PO/ new PO.

Closely follows up for payment to ensure payment receipt before the due date.

Reaches out to the next levels in case of interventions required.

Maintain high-quality standards and ensure client queries and emails are responded to within time over email and calls.

Responsible for preparing invoices and billing-related reports

Desired Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of accounting/finance experience.

Relevant financial / economical education (Bachelors or Masters in Commerce)

Excellent quantitative skills with a great eye for detail.

Compliance oriented

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets -must

General understanding of accounting principle

Team-player
