JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES(BDE)
Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to sell products, solutions, and services. Introduce B2B prospects to the company’s workforce management solution, create a great first impression and present our Business solution via online platforms and onsite client visits. Effectively articulate financial value and build value throughout the negotiation process. Maintain extensive account and opportunity details in Salesforce. Forecast and report revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy. Acquiring new medium, large and enterprise clients. Build relationships with new clients.
Requirements:
-Proven track record of new business development in the IT Services industry, preferably in SaaS.
-1 year of sales experience with at least 6 months selling IT services Or in any other Industry Products
-Strong presentation skills. Candidate must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
-Ability to build relationships with senior level executives (Director level and Up) in a variety of business environments, including large corporate and upper middle market business sectors.
-Must be tenacious and goal driven
-Ability to prospect and develop pipeline. Must be comfortable generating qualified sales opportunities through a variety of methods including networking, cold calling and events. Wet thank all candidates for showing interest in this role; however, only retained candidates will be contacted.
-Ability to book sessions/demos and cater them meeting the client physically at the desired place, whether office/home of the client.
-Generating steady revenue and maintaining designated targets.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
