Job Description

The position requires associates with a storehouse of energy and a DNA of

Short learning curve
Probing and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems and identify inefficiencies
Strong internal customer orientation with a delivery bias of working within SLAs
Ability to prioritize, allocate and optimize resources
High intrinsic drive for Individual performance & be a proactive team player

Qualifications

Graduate with 3- 5 years of appropriate experience in Linux environment, setting up while supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably with medium size organization(s)
Proficiency and experience in implementing, trouble shooting and managing
Servers & desktop hardware, operating systems, networks, firewalls and load balancers, telecoms, etc.
Networking (Including LANs, WANs, etc)
Remote monitoring Virtualisation (VMware and Microsoft)
Storage, back-ups and recovery
Internal systems, cloud and network infrastructure
Remote access solutions(VPN, Terminal Services),

Added advantage if experienced in:
Administering webservers, databases, SSL, VPN, O365 Mail Servers, LDAP
Windows server management including configuration and trouble-shooting of servers along with DNS, DHCP
Designing and managing Active Directory & group policies
