Position Summary:

The incumbent will be a customer-oriented service representative and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.

• Manage incoming phone calls and address customer queries

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

• Generate sales leads in support in growing the business

• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Education: MBA/Diploma (Specialization in Marketing)

Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
