About the internship/job:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handle end to end recruitment process 2. Handle recruitment of IT & nontechnical roles, which includes; recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; 3. Work upon multiple job portals 4. Conduct or acquire background checks and employment eligibility verifications 5. Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development 6. Develop and assist in the implementation of human resource policies 7. Manage compliance, joining, relieving formalities, employee relations, and HR policy. 8. Undertake tasks around performance management 9. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates 10. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form 11. Ensure compliance with labor regulations
