Primary Responsibilities

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal/internal job posting/ campus hire/social media etc.

· Source and screen candidates resumes and job applications

· Coordination & conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and aptitudes

· Assisting with day to day operations of the HR recruitment activities

· Mapping & Negotiation of salary of candidates as per employee band.

· Create a pool of talent pipeline for hiring across all domains.

· Maintain recruitment database as per business requirement to understand trends of recruitment.

*** Exposure to Automobile industry and should have closed positions in the same.

· Secondary Responsibilities

· Coordination & provide administrative support

· Identify and Source vendors as per requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹300,000.00 per year
