Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for the Sales and BD ( Business Development) in the Home Automation Residential/Commercial Market segments and understanding the enterprise strategy and become subject matter expert on Home Automation/Security/Access Control and Enterprise Networking Solutions.
Should be working knowledge of positioning ICT/Digital Collaboration Technologies like Home Automation, Access Control, Security Solutions, along with solution selling.
Preference given to those who have Proven track record of minimum 2 years in sales and Business Development with medium and large organizations. Fresher with Sales talented will be equally considered.
Suspecting, prospecting for new account creation and sales closure to achieve assigned sales milestones.
Desired Candidate Profile
Account Management: Independently map accounts and build relationships across the key Stakeholders, Decision makers in the account.
Experience in handling enterprise to SMB account will be an added advantage.
Should have pleasant and presentable Personality and good Communication Skills.
Necessary training and orientation will be given to all selected candidates.
