Teemage Precast In (Teemage Builders Private Limited) Hiring for Factory Admin Manager – Construction Element Manufacturing – Kangeyam at Kāngayam Full Time

• Coordinate with all department heads to work with correct directions as per Management
• Manage / Coordinate with logistics and stockyard team to dispatch the elements as per site requirements.
• Manage all local material purchase and to have regular contacts with local suppliers and maintain good relationship
• Negotiate and liaison for all government compliance and approvals (including land and building) and local issues at factory and nearby sites
• Monitor and supervise waste management and scrap sales with approval from directors to ensure cleanliness
• Approve leave for all staff and department heads based on man power requirement needs without impacting the production schedule
• Ensure discipline in maintenance of day to day registers at factory
• Monitor control canteen and hostel cost incurred with proper quality and orderliness
• Manage HR department and safety department and ensure punctuality, safe, clean and positive workplace for employees
• Monitor and procure needed supplies in timely manner for office, projects materials and canteen materials in coordination with store and purchase department
• Verify bills and take necessary action for improvement of processes based on internal audit comments instruction from Management

Degree : Any degree with factory admin experience

Job Location : Kangeyam(Olappalayam)

Minimum 15 Years of Experience in Factory Adminstration.
