• · Material Release & Confirmation, Fitment Inspection, Third party Inspection
• · Incoming Hardox Hardness, Thermal Imaging Service, Indent GRN Release , Bill acknowledgement, QC Flow monitoring, PDI Activities
• · Daily and monthly MIS review and action plan
• · Training – Training of Staff & Workers for SOP and QA, GET TrainingNew product and DOE New Product Development, DOE Process audit & MonitoringProcess and SOP adherence – ISO 9001: 2015In process weigh Scale calibration, CAPA Implementation, Deviation report, Calibration, Quality Monthly template – ISO Documentation, External Audit, Daily NC Audit report,Design of Experiments (New products & process), QA process Customer complaint Data Tracker
