Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Taking design briefs to understand requirements Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design Designing and producing collateral (Social Media Posts/ADs, Brochures, Flyers, Presentations, Posters, Banners, Videos, etc.) in accordance with brand guidelines Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Ensure deliverables undergo quality assurance check for completeness and accuracy Proactively maintain expertise in graphic design software packagesRequired skills (Mandatory): – Multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate ideas to different stakeholders A broad portfolio of work, covering web, mobile, brand, campaign and motion/video Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, Figma & other design tools,HTML5/CSS and HTML Strong attention to detail and has a keen eye for aesthetics Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate with & mentor junior graphic designers and deliver consistent visualsDesired Skills (Good to Have): – Participate in conceptualising sessions and put forward holistic ideas Interest in the latest design trends, technology, and social media Prior experience working on Motion Graphics videos is a strong plusQualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field4-5+ years of graphic design or UI/UX design experienceJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR35,000.00 – INR40,000.00 per monthSchedule:
