Business Operations Lead
What is the focus of the role?
Day to day you will work across various initiatives and maintain the orchestration of TE business critical improvement programs and BAU operational initiatives. You will work with the stockholders and leads in TE, Purple & GBS own and improve on critical process that directly impact our Employee & Customer experiences drive improvements and prioritisation to achieve key business improvements
Role Purpose
Business Operations Lead responsibilities include tracking business results, performing cost-benefit analyses and monitoring production OKRs. To be a successful Business Operations Lead, you should have experience in the same or similar role, managing business operations and setting goals across the entire team. You should also demonstrate great leadership skills and be able to communicate the vision of the company across all levels.
Your role is pivotal to the retention and growth of all Telstra Enterprise Channels. In each channel you will prioritise outstanding customer advocacy and navigate an internal stakeholder landscape to deliver world-class channel and customer services.
