Requirements:

• Advanced grammar and writing skills
• Reading comprehension ability and effective response
• Advance English
• 1 year experience in customer service
• Perform different activities

Functions:

• Customer service by phone
• Manage chat input in a timely manner respecting the corresponding KPIs
• Direct communication whit customer and packages
• Communication with suppliers
• Search for efficient solutions around the case presented
• Advice on the use of the platform and information on the products of the Tendencys group

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: From ₹22,000.00 per month
