Requirements:
- Advanced grammar and writing skills
- Reading comprehension ability and effective response
- Advance English
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Perform different activities
Functions:
- Customer service by phone
- Manage chat input in a timely manner respecting the corresponding KPIs
- Direct communication whit customer and packages
- Communication with suppliers
- Search for efficient solutions around the case presented
- Advice on the use of the platform and information on the products of the Tendencys group
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: From ₹22,000.00 per month
